The story of Flammer began with a simple question: We all love grilled chicken, but why does it take so long to prepare... only to end up dry or with the same usual flavor?

That's where the idea was born. We needed a direct flame. Faster preparation. More tenderness. And a flavor full of life.

At Flammer, every piece of chicken is flame-grilled to give you a light crust on the outside, bursting with juiciness on the inside.

فليمر قصة بدأت من سؤال بسيط: كلنا بنحب الدجاج المشوي بس ليه بيحتاج وقت طويل علشان يجهز... وبالنهاية يطلع ناشف أو بنفس النكهة المعتادة؟

هنا اتولدت الفكرة. محتاجين لهب مباشر. تحضير أسرع. طراوة أكثر. ونكهة فيها حياة.

في فليمر، كل قطعة دجاج تنشوي على النار لتعطيك قشرة خفيفة من الخارج ومليانة طراوة من الداخل.
